Terrence is a highly capable professional who troubleshoot the electrical problem I had in my house with a high quality. He gave me a full disclosue of how much he charges, so there was no surprises at the end. He was also really nice explaning the problem. I will hire him again.

I cannot say enough nice things about Terrance. He is very honest, and works very smart. The other thing is with his 27 years of experience he cannot be beat for value. He brings a lot to the table. He is a very smart and is a very nice person with a great personality.
Nobody on here is going to be on time and prompt, and work as hard as he does. Also he is very reasonable and will most likely give you the best quote compared to the other electricians on here. Again I will never use anyone else for my electrical work. He is also very neat and cleans up well, after all his work is finished. I was nervous about getting a tank less water heater and having it installed. He came to my condo looked at my wiring and let me know I had bought the wrong unit and then advised me on the correct unit to buy. Which I did and he installed it flawlessly. Now I will save a lot of money on my electric bill and will never have to worry about having a flood because of an old rusty water heater.
He is an expert when it comes to tank less water heaters and any electrical problem you may have. This is the man to use, he is the best and a very great person on top of it all. Use him you will be glad you did. He will save you a ton of money.

Terrence took great care of me. He ensured that my underground wiring for my hot tub was up to code and had properly rated materials. He educated me on the process and came out twice for me, once for preparation and again after my hot tub came to wire it. He even ran additional cable for me for future upgrades at no extra cost. You will get lots o fed value out of this guy and make a friend in the process. Hire Terrence!
