Just finished Aaron's "Raise The Bar Training" a few weeks ago. I followed the program fairly well missing a day here or day there. I tried to stay on the nutrition program for the most part but did cheat a few times. Beer on the weekends could not be given up, plus a few off days. Is it hard? I called it P100x when I started because I could only do about 10%! Yes, I was sore but no pain no gain. Eventually I got to a point where I could complete all the exercises. It challenges you from start to finish because as you progress you increase the intensity and reps. I'm in the best shape in yrs. I just started the program again, because I want to personally gain more lbs and now Aaron's P100x is my normal workout routine. :D Thank You Brother!!!

I been working out with Aaron for 3 years now and he is the best trainer I have trained with. He pushes me to the point where no trainer has pushed me before and because of his dedication I have finally got to the weight that I have been trying to reach for years. Thanks Aaron!

He is amazing. I started to see results right away. I kept to the nutritional plan he made for me mostly and I still dropped weight. If you're looking for someone who's gonna work with you to get the results you want. Aaron is your guy.

I was very pleased with the strict work-out regimen Mr. Wells set me up with. Four days a week (rest between each day) we would have at home personal work out sessions working the opposite part of the body from the previous work-out. I commend him for being very professional and on time for each session and his willingness to help me reach my goal without overworking or straining my body. He also helped me out with a dieting plan to see faster results. Thank you again Mr. Wells.

His Fitness regime was flawless. You can miss one day literally and still feel your workout from the day before. My brother is a mastermind of the natural body workout.
