We had some tile damage in a bedroom due to the first installation being subpar. So after having heavy furniture on a certain section, it seriously started breaking.
William was the second person I spoke with, & came over around 3:30PM on a Sunday. He started that day, took the damaged tiles out & checked around the area & took other ones with air under them out. Probably about 20-25 total.
He came back Monday at 8AM and finished that day, even after having to get the grout for between the tiles. He got a good color that works, & the floor looks like new.
We are very pleased & happy that this got done so quickly. He will definitely be on our list for home repairs. Also his service was reliable & decently priced. Thank you William!
