I had a technician come out to service two appliances. Although he was professional, I was surprised to be charged for two separate service calls since the technician took only one trip on the same day. I declined the dishwasher repair, as the quote seemed disproportionately high for the minor work needed. I’ve reached out for clarification on the billing but haven’t received a response yet. Overall the technician was good, but I wish the billing process were more transparent and customer-friendly. I got stuck with a $336 bill for less than 30 min of work and no answers to my questions. Will not use this company again.
