Service rep arrived on time, very professional, troubleshot the problem. Unfortunately, it was going to cost us several hundreds dollars to repair. So we may try and replace the refrigerator.

Washer drain pump broke and they came out the same day and fixed it. Not only were they slightly cheaper than LG, LG said I had to unstack the appliance myself and then restack it when they were done. Max was my technician, and he was able to fix it without unstacking the unit. His work area was clean (no mess) and left the place as clean as he found it. Will definitely use Bozmanfix and Max for future appliance repairs.

Cristian Gori came to repair my fridge. On his first visit he was able to identify the problem in minutes. He ordered the part and a couple days later he came to install it. My fridge is working again. Cristian is very polite, very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing. Im very satisfied with the service.
