Mr. Lam was on time. He’s professional, courteous and his work is excellent. He took the old door with him. When he was finished installing the impact door he cleaned the area. He is going to do another job for us. He’s going to install glass doors for our shower.

Adrian has been doing repairs in my condo for over 5 years ranging from simple things as changing a lightbulb to electrical , plumbing , painting and anything that needs to be fixed or repaired. He also checks my condo weekly during the summer when I am not in Florida to make sure there are no leaks or problems while it is closed up . A good handyman is hard to find, but indispensable. Whether it's installing new switches, or ceiling fans, painting a room, hanging up verticals, etc. Adrian is that handyman. He use to do work for my parents (and they were very picky) and now I always rely on him to help me out. Not only is he trustworthy and prompt, his is very thorough and does quality work. Adrian comes highly recommended.
