Heart and soul coach

Introduction: I am a meditation instructor and coach for all matters of the mind, heart and soul. GUIDED MEDITATION (individual or group): recommended for people of ALL spiritual levels. In this session I will guide you through meditation which will reconnect you with your heart and cause you to feel total relaxation, safety, well-being. It will reduce any feelings of stress, worry, lack(monetary or time), loneliness, not feeling motivated, feeling “off”. At the same time it will make you feel an abundant stream of energy and excitement for your life. This is highly recommended as an individual practice, or a group meditation practice for your company/team. In person or via zoom. TOTAL REALIGNMENT - Energetic healing and all chakra balancing meditation. The person(s) can choose to come in person or stay via zoom. I will perform an energetic healing session. I will open myself up to be a vessel for the universal energy of love and light and intuitively guide it into different parts of the body of the person(s), and intuitively guide them through a healing visualization meditation. TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING: this is very deep 1:1 work. I see the heart and soul of every person I work with (who they really are at their core, the authentic part of them.) I see their ego (part of them that was made by societal conditionings, installations, operated by fears.) I can tell what their heart really desires, and how their ego is stopping them from having what they want, and being who they are. I help them see their own (often subconscious or unconscious) conditions that are making them unhappy or causing an issue in a particular, or all parts of life. Once the person becomes aware of the conditioning/belief they have been holding, I guide them into letting go of it. We unpeel all layers of the ego(or the ones desired by the person) one by one until we get to the person’s heart and soul(operated by love, peace, safety, trust, faith, abundance). This is how I work with anything that the person wants to change within. MANIFESTATION COACHING: After going through transformational work, you are ready(and already started) to manifest the life of your dreams. Each wish or desire you have, we will work on it specifically. This is all about staying in vibrational alignment to what you want. You have to be a vibrational match to the same frequency you are desiring (If you want money, be in the vibrational abundance of money) . This is what I will be helping you with, becoming a vibrational match, explaining how the law of attraction and manifestation works. Seeing which conditions/beliefs they are still holding around that topic, help them bring those beliefs to the surface and let go of them. I will teach them different techniques to manifest their desired reality. TRAUMA OR PATTERN HEALING: This is where a person comes to me with a specific traumatic event they have experienced or a specific pattern they keep experiencing and want to heal from it and stop the pattern. I use different techniques that have been used by many gurus and many cultures for years to find what works best, and help them heal.
