They should have their workers send a video/pictures of their work When they claim they are finish. Get people who actually know how to clean as well

Sorry that your cleaning didn’t go as planned. The power went out during our visit and there was rotten meat in the refrigerator. The house had a really bad odor and we did what we could but to be honest your house was filthy and we did the best we can without having power. Also I gave you a $150 discount to make you happy.

Updated review: I initially enjoyed the team and service so much that I asked Doug to set me up for weekly service. However, after committing to this arrangement, I consistently had to remind Doug to ensure the team was scheduled to come, as he frequently forgot to confirm their visits. This led to last-minute scrambles and rescheduling each time. Despite establishing a set day, when I reached out to confirm, Doug had forgotten and was away in Paris. Although he tried to assist remotely, I expressed my frustration and offered to have someone else support cleaning my home since I had planned on it being clean for guests and did not have the time. Eventually, due to delayed responses, I decided to hire someone else. When attempting to reconfirm a new agreement that they would find someone to help this past weekend and we had agreed Thank you start back up consistently on Thursday, there was no response at all, regardless of the countless times I asked for a simple response so I could find coverage, which left me feeling completely ignored. It's surprising to experience this level of inconsistency from a business owner of "24 years." Despite my initial enjoyment of their service, the ongoing unreliability has become burdensome, and I no longer trust that it will improve, even with a response.
