What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
***FREE phone consultation up to one hour! We will apply the standard $85 consultation fee toward your first invoice should you choose to move forward with our firm. During the consultation, we can help you breakdown the scope of work and how to stay within budget for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a typical commercial and residential design we would work on a concept rendering and then we can produce full design set for you to bid with your construction team. This set will consist of furniture floor plan, interior elevations, plumbing and lighting fixture schedule as well as mood board. We will work closely with you to create the look you desire within the budget of the project. After approvals we can prepare a furniture and fixtures spreadsheet with quantities, cost, shipping and lead time.
