Jason was very helpful. I had a problem with a treadmill that wasn't working anymore and he actually tried to troubleshoot it with me, eventually the problem kept recurring so I decided to get rid of it and Jason came immediately and took it off my hands, I will not hesitate to contact him again, he's a really nice guy.
