Our pricing is all-inclusive and transparent, reflecting the premium quality of our 2025 Mercedes Sprinter and personalized service. We typically offer flat rates for airport transfers and hourly minimums for special events. Because we value our clients' time and trust, we don't have "hidden" fuel surcharges or surprise fees. Ask about our multi-trip packages for corporate accounts or full-weekend wedding transport!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a detailed consultation to understand your schedule, group size, and specific needs. Once booked, you’ll receive a professional confirmation and a direct line for any itinerary changes. On the day of service, we arrive 15 minutes early in a meticulously detailed vehicle. We handle all luggage and logistics, allowing you and your 14 guests to simply relax and enjoy the "Rare Experience" from door to door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional operator with extensive experience in high-end hospitality and logistics. My training focuses on defensive driving, group safety, and "white-glove" customer service. Operating a brand-new 2025 vehicle also means I am trained in the latest Mercedes-Benz safety technology and navigation systems, ensuring the smoothest and safest path through any traffic.
