What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Monitoring fees start from $19.99 per month (if you have existing equipment) and go up to $64.99 per month depending on packages. We offer equipment and installation free without any upfront cost. We have home automation, Camera surveillance and interactive alarm packages. You don't have to pay for smart lock, thermostat or cameras (outdoor/indoor and doorbell camera)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have to visit homes and businesses first in order to avoid confusion. We don't sell anything by phone. Once an agreement is reached, installation can be done within a few days.
