Gil was very professional and kind. We had a problem with our door lock; in his visit, Gil fixed the problem.
Moreover, he also patiently told us why it wasn't working and what to do about it for the future so that we could take care of the problem on our own, if needed.
Because the solution was so simple, he also waived any payment fees for the job.
Will highly recommend to others and contact this company again for similar problems in the future!
Details: Exterior door (e.g. front door, patio door) • Basic door (swings open and shut) • Wood • Lock installation or replacement • Home
We had a double French door not working properly and Gil with Ohana came out and fixed the door and re-keyed a bunch of other doors to the same key which is so convenient! Thanks for being on time and very professional. We will definitely use them again AND recommend them to family and friends.
Details: Exterior door (e.g. front door, patio door) • French door (double door) • Mixed material (e.g. wood with windows) • Home

A+++ professionalism and honesty. Gil came out since we were concerned we had a leak coming from our doors. He was incredibly honest and told us it wasn’t the doors (he could have easily told us something different to make money) which we really appreciated. He also gave us some great tips and recommendations for the locks that we need changed out. We will definitely use his company for all our door/window and future lock needs.
Details: Exterior door (e.g. front door, patio door) • French door (double door) • Glass • Door is drafty or leaking • Weatherization (e.g. block drafts) • Multi-unit building
Thank you Lindsey very much for the amazing words.
At OHANA honesty is part of what makes us who we are.
Trust is a must in any relationship 😊👍
