What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our mobile pet grooming process includes five simple steps:
1. Schedule an appointment
2. When our van arrives, we'll ask you to bring your pet inside
3. We will then conduct a seven-step evaluation to make sure we understand the needs of your pet
4. We will proceed with the grooming session, which takes 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours to complete
5. We will return your pet to you stress-free, happy, and clean
We don't use cages, and our van is specially designed to provide a stress-free environment for any pet that goes through our doors.
We guarantee complete satisfaction when you choose our services. We'll work with you and your pet until you're happy and satisfied with the outcome.
