HydroDry recently came out to our beachfront condominium on south beach where we had developed a very serious mold problem over the years in about 15 units, we reached out to them on a Friday night at around 1am, being that they are a 24 hour service they're representatives assisted Us and were very polite and extremely helpful, we scheduled for them to come out the very next morning, they were very punctual and came with the necessary man power to get such a big job done, after inspecting all 15 units from the 15th floor all the way up to the penthouse, they informed me that I had a very serious problem they then proceeded to explain why and educated me and the rest of the property management staff on exactly what they thought the problem was, after about an hour that they took out of their busy schedules to speak to us and help us understand, there wasn't a thought in my mind that this is the company I would use, their professional, efficient, helpful and punctual why wouldn't I use them, we asked if they could start right away, we also had some other requests we needed the place to look as clean as possible we needed the building to operate as normal as possible and we needed this job to be done as quickly as possible, they immediately answered with a confident "you got it", let's just say since then I have not had one tenant complain about noise, dust, dirt, workers etc... HydroDry has worked literally around the clock since Saturday having guys switch shifts in order to be there 24 hours a day, the owner Juan has been here for every single minute of it supervising and working hand in hand with all his employees, all 15 units are scheduled to be done later this afternoon, I normally wait the net of 30 days to make payment for contractors, their receiving payment the moment their done with this job, feels extremely good to pay someone like that, I can't begin to explain how happy I am with HydroDry's services, their a one of a kind company led by an extremely dedicated, focused and professional leader, their work ethic is unmet, their punctuality, professionalism, their dedication to do right by the customers eyes is truly exemplary, this is for everyone out there if your thinking of taking your Buisness else where because of price or whatever other reason your making the wrong choice, use these guys they'll get the job done right and make sure that not only you and your family are safe, but that your happy and all your needs are met, il never look anywhere else for a restoration company, HydroDry is my go to company forever.
