- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with the client regarding price depending on what they want. The budget a client has can vary greatly. I can be economic with food costs or create a luxary meal depending on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn where the customer is from regionally and see if they are interested in foods that they grew up eating. Otherwise, I discuss their dietary needs and those of the other guests that will be present. I can accommodate any type of allergy or special diet. I also like to discuss what type of presentation they would like, fancy plated, family style, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree and over ten years of on the job training.
