I was presented with a 4–5 page booklet of instructions and household rules that made me uncomfortable, along with a mattress on the floor where I was expected to sleep with your German Shepherd. Regarding your claim about medication, I did not switch any pills. If medications were placed incorrectly, that was not done by me. I am fully capable of reading and following written instructions. You also refused to provide me with your Wi-Fi password, which left me with poor cell service throughout the night. As a mother with a young child being cared for while I was tending to your pets, this made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned in case of an emergency. As for your German Shepherd’s condition, he was already limping when I first arrived to let him out of his crate. He is a senior dog who spends significant time confined to a small crate, and it was clear he was experiencing discomfort before my overnight stay. His condition was not caused by me caring for him for one night. I now understand why your regular dog walker declined to stay overnight. In my opinion, your expectations are better suited for a boarding facility than an in-home pet sitter. During my stay, I took excellent care of both your dog and cat. I stayed at the home, ensured they were fed, walked, cared for properly, and allowed them to sleep with me because I felt bad putting the dog back in the crate. I genuinely love animals and have always treated every pet in my care as if they were my own. False negative reviews can damage a small business owner’s reputation, and I stand by the quality of care I provided.
