I am a small local business. I do not hire or work with anyone else. Who you meet at your initial complimentary meet and greet is who will be taking care of your pets. I am insured and bonded for your protection through PSA. Just ask for a copy of my insurance and I will be happy to provide it :)
I love taking care of pets, it’s my passion and brings joy to my live. The owner Kara H. has a medical background with years working in a physicans office as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. We have a lot of experience with pets on medication. Insulin injections, oral, and topical. I do not charge a fee to administer any medication. It is included in the price :)

I hired them to walk my baby angel while I travel a lot and I have had nothing but great work from them. Lara Silverman was my dog sitter and walker and she always let me know what was going on while I am out of town. She even sent my pictures. Lara is great and so is furget me not pet sitting.

Furget Me Not is indescribable. Kara and Nicole came to our house to meet our two dogs. I knew they were keepers based off of this tiny, but important, detail: Millie was sitting next to Kara on the couch, playing with a toy that kept falling off the couch. Kara dutifully kept picking it up and handing it to her - at least a dozen times. THAT is who I want to take care of my fur babies.
Nicole has regularly been coming to our house - originally 5x/week, and now with changed work schedules, 3x/week. I notice a clear difference in my kids' moods on the days when Nicole comes. They're happy, excited, and spunky. The rates can't be beat for the service being provided. Though we pay for a walk, she also feeds them a snack, gives them carrots as treats, and spends some cuddle/play time with them. She's never made us feel that she was "on the clock" and takes the time to ensure that the dogs are comfortable. She's even offered to stick around while we were having maintenance at our house and had to have the dogs holed up in one of the bedrooms.
We cannot recommend them more highly. Fast, reliable, consistent, and true pet lovers. There's nothing more we could ask for.

Kara was God sent to me wen I almost cancelled my trip because my petsitter called me the night before I had to leave sayin that she was sick. I called kara n interviewed her n trusted my gut instinct to leave her to live in my house n watch my two furry babies for a week straight because I had to go out of town. One of which is sick... So thankfully she knew how to give injections.my dogs seemed to like her from the very beginning.She did a fantastic job along with her mother Nanette and wen I came bac, my dogs were happy and healthy and she kept my house as immaculate as I had left it. I would highly recommend them n will be using them again real soon. Buddy n Riley's Mommy

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $25 per visit for dog walking/care on weekdays and $30 per visit on weekends and holidays. This Includes a walk, fresh food, water, and playtime.
We charge $25 for a cat visit on weekdays and $30 on weekends and holidays. This includes, fresh food, water, litter box cleaning, love and attention. Weekends and holidays there is a $10 surcharge per visit added for overnight stays. We do not charge per pet, we charge per visit. A typical visit is 30 minutes long, if your needs require us to stay longer we can accomodate to your needs. We do not mind the travel but if it is out of our range there may be an additional fee for milage which we will discuss beforehand. There are no hidden fees :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a meet and geet beforehand is a must! At this time we get to meet your pet(s), see how they interact with us, see their daily/nightly routine, & exchange keys.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of PSI which sends us alot of useful information on safety and keeps us up to date on our insurance.
