- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $25 per visit for dog walking/care on weekdays and $30 per visit on weekends and holidays. This Includes a walk, fresh food, water, and playtime. We charge $25 for a cat visit on weekdays and $30 on weekends and holidays. This includes, fresh food, water, litter box cleaning, love and attention. Weekends and holidays there is a $10 surcharge per visit added for overnight stays. We do not charge per pet, we charge per visit. A typical visit is 30 minutes long, if your needs require us to stay longer we can accomodate to your needs. We do not mind the travel but if it is out of our range there may be an additional fee for milage which we will discuss beforehand. There are no hidden fees :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a meet and geet beforehand is a must! At this time we get to meet your pet(s), see how they interact with us, see their daily/nightly routine, & exchange keys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of PSI which sends us alot of useful information on safety and keeps us up to date on our insurance.
