Ryan sanded and stained a large wooden pergola, weather was rough on us. The work was spread out over a month but he stayed in touch the entire time as we both watched the 21.75 inches of rain fall in FTL in September. Attention to detail and working knowledge are Ryan's pluses

Slippery Sailors from start to finish, was very professional and friendly. They tackled every inch of my boat and restored its shine like new. The attention to detail was so impressive; they even cleaned areas I hadn't thought to check! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to give their boat the care it deserves!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear, competitive, and always upfront—no hidden fees or surprise charges. Every estimate is tailored to your specific boat, home, roof, or vehicle, so you only pay for what you need. We offer special discounts for bundled services (like boat + roof cleaning or multi-surface packages), loyalty pricing for repeat clients, and seasonal promotions to help you save even more. For larger jobs or commercial accounts, we’re happy to provide custom quotes and flexible scheduling. Emergency clean-up and distant projects have a set minimum and travel fee, always discussed in advance. Ask about our current deals or maintenance plans for the best value!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer gets the VIP treatment from start to finish!
First, we start with a quick phone or text consultation to understand your needs—boat, home, roof, or vehicle. I’ll provide a clear, upfront estimate and answer any questions about services, scheduling, or pricing.
On service day, I arrive on time, fully equipped, and ready to deliver detail-obsessed results. Before we finish, I personally walk you through the job area, showing before-and-after results and checking every section together. If you spot anything that needs extra attention, I handle it on the spot—your 100% satisfaction comes first.
After the walkthrough, I offer care tips, discuss maintenance options, and make sure you’re completely happy before payment. I’m always available for follow-up questions, future bookings, or to help with any special requests!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve invested in professional certifications and hands-on training in marine detailing, automotive care, pressure washing, and safe chemical handling. My education includes advanced courses in boat/yacht surface restoration, oxidation removal, and scratch-free cleaning using only marine-safe products. I stay up to date with the latest industry standards and eco-friendly methods through continuous education and manufacturer training. This means you get high-quality, protected results every time—backed by real expertise, not just experience. My commitment to ongoing learning and safety sets Slippery Sailors apart from the competition!
