For larger jobs or commercial accounts, we’re happy to provide custom quotes and flexible scheduling. Emergency clean-up and distant projects have a set minimum and travel fee, always discussed in advance. Ask about our current deals or maintenance plans for the best value!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I’ll provide a clear, upfront estimate and answer any questions about services, scheduling, or pricing. On service day, I arrive on time, fully equipped, and ready to deliver detail-obsessed results. Before we finish, I personally walk you through the job area, showing before-and-after results and checking every section together. If you spot anything that needs extra attention, I handle it on the spot—your 100% satisfaction comes first. After the walkthrough, I offer care tips, discuss maintenance options, and make sure you’re completely happy before payment. I’m always available for follow-up questions, future bookings, or to help with any special requests!
