Eryk recently started training myself (beginner) and my toddler (safety) and has been great! He is clear, patient and focuses on our needs without pushing his own agenda, for example, offering info so I could make my own decision on the type and speed of the strokes I want to learn. He is great with my son and other neighbors using him with their older kids have been really happy with the results.
