Chris was very thorough and explained each issue with my sprinklersystem. He took the time to provide different options and was honest about the cost vs the benefit of doing the repair. Customers should know as much as possible about their irrigation system. I offer complete consultations as well as veterans & service personell discounts!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you request service for your sprinkler system I am charged a fee ranging from $20-$165 through Thumbtackpro.
Next, I give estimates & consultations presenting customers with as much information available to them about their irrigation system and then I identify their individual needs and how I plan on meeting those needs putting customer satisfaction first!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 yr. college, Rainbird instructional courses, seminars, product testing, & first hand experience in the field. Rachio certified pro - installer.
