He solved the problem in 5 minutes as other "professionals" couldn't figure out with multiple attempts. He found that i needed one of those ducks to hold the pvc pipe afloat in the lake, that my property receives its water from to irrigate lawn. The pvc pipe would continuously drop and all the residue of the lake floor would clog it and hence would not allow the sprinklers to work. He was able to come to the conclusion in about 5 minutes

Lamont looks very young but clearly has been in the business for years. The city covered my swale with cement, and rather than blocking off the sprinkler heads, they just dumped cement over them, breaking them and the pipes so that water was leaking between the cracks in the new cement. Lamont instantly figured out what was happening, was able to block off the water without digging up the cement, and ran a new line to the rest of the yard that wasn't getting any water due to the break that the city workers caused. He fixed a leak in the other part of my yard (that the city didn't cause), readjusted all the sprinkler heads and replaced the bad ones, all for a very reasonable price. I asked some questions about my sprinkler pump and he knew all of the answers. He was also able to do the work on the same day that he came by to give me the estimate, which I really appreciated as it meant I didn't have to take another day off work. I give this company my highest recommendation.
