Randy, the owner of the company came to our home for a second visit. The first visit by one of his techs had lessened the leaking a lot, but we were still losing more water than just evaporation. It wasnt easy. Randy spent an hour checking the skimmer, the light fixture housing, and the drain, even though it was cemented and closed off.He had special tools and a electronic float mechanism that measures miniscule water loss to confirm that the culprit was found and cured. It turned out to be the filter pump end of the drain line that had a leak and a three-way valve in the wrong position.Randy was thorough, professional and nice about finding a tricky problem, most sterotypic, unreliable S FL vendors would not have found.Great job. Thank you Florida Leak Locators.
