Then I found OC Pools and spoke with Omar. From the start, he was professional, courteous, and offered a free estimate, which was a breath of fresh air. Omar came out promptly and thoroughly inspected the entire pool system. He quickly diagnosed a crack in the motor pump that required replacement. Instead of upselling me an overpriced part, he sent me a direct link to purchase the pump from the manufacturer, saving me hundreds of dollars. His labor quote was very reasonable, and the installation was flawless. Omar’s honesty and transparency truly set him apart. He could’ve easily marked up the pump and profited more, but he chose to help me save money. That kind of integrity is rare these days. Omar did a great job installing my new salt system pool heater. He was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was clean, efficient, and everything’s working perfectly. He also took the time to explain how to operate and maintain it properly. Highly recommend for any pool equipment work.

Omar is a true man of his word. He showed up to my house twice and both time he was on time. He explained what I needed. He then sent me a link to buy the pump. He also suggested that replace some nobs which I knew I should. When the job was completed he explained to me how the pool should run. He marked and labeled everything so I now know what is what. I highly recommend Omar. If I ever need additional work he would be the person I call.
