Then I found OC Pools and spoke with Omar. From the start, he was professional, courteous, and offered a free estimate, which was a breath of fresh air. Omar came out promptly and thoroughly inspected the entire pool system. He quickly diagnosed a crack in the motor pump that required replacement. Instead of upselling me an overpriced part, he sent me a direct link to purchase the pump from the manufacturer, saving me hundreds of dollars. His labor quote was very reasonable, and the installation was flawless. Omar’s honesty and transparency truly set him apart. Omar did a fantastic job! I highly recommend him and I will use him again when I need pool equipment repairs! I discovered a leak in my pool pump and knew that I needed a new pump. I posted it and Omar within minutes contacted me and we discussed the issues. I sent him some pictures and he immediately sent me a link to order a new pump which I did. The new pump arrived in two days and Omar came this morning and installed the new pump. Omar did a great job and saved me some money. Highly professional, reasonable price and a nice guy!
