Omar came out promptly and thoroughly inspected the entire pool system. He quickly diagnosed a crack in the motor pump that required replacement. Instead of upselling me an overpriced part, he sent me a direct link to purchase the pump from the manufacturer, saving me hundreds of dollars. Omar was amazing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Omar. I can't say enough great things about him. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, kind and courteous and did an excellent job. He responded immediately and diagnosed the problem, tried to do whatever to repair and then gave me great advice to replace the pool pump. He came and replaced the pump when promised. He has great work ethic. I will sing his praises and tell everyone!
