Adam was very accommodating. He worked around my closing schedule which seemed to change daily. When he did arrive on our scheduled date, the place was a mess and patient agreed to come back the next day. He did a great job on the floors and my landlord gave me the full deposit back. I am very pleased.

It took Andy only minutes to reply to our online request for an estimate. He stayed in regular touch with us throughout the job: starting with measuring the area to be pressure washed, providing a price, scheduling a convenient time and completing the job efficiently, affordably and pleasantly. We give him high marks all around.

Adam did an outstanding job cleaning the tile throughout our home. He was very punctual for the estimate and actual cleaning. The floors came out great and we are extremely satisfied with everything.

Most tile and grout cleaning jobs are priced by square foot. There are ranges so seeing the job is the best way to get an exact and fair price for the customer. We provide Free no obligation estimates at your convenience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is important to us. Without seeing the job, it's difficult to tell how hard or easy the job will actually be, and are not able to price it fairly to you. Measuring the job is also important. We are only charging for cleaning the tile so we won't charge you for the area's that are not tiled.
