- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should know that I offer free estimates with no hidden fees or charges that aren't made clear from the start. I do require a 20% mandatory deposit upon signing, and depending on the size of your project there may be installment payments that need to be made as the project goes on. This is only if there are multiple rooms (i.e. 4 bedroom floor installations, or kitchen/bathroom, etc)and as 1 room is completed an installment is to be made. I charge according to projected days and man hours spent on a project. I charge fairly, and deliver top quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to give an estimate, sign, and take the deposit upon scheduling a start date. Depending on the size of the job, installments will be paid upon completion of each room.
