Both workmen came to my home and diagnosed the problem, the day I called. They quoted $200.00 Plus a $20.00 service call. They removed the part and said they would be back in a few days. A few days, turned into several days. Everyday I called it was always they were coming the next day. Obviously, it took longer than anticipated and had to call several times to finally get TV delivered. They put new part in and TV was working when they left. Later that evening the TV went off, turned black, with flashing lights. No Picture.. I took a photo and texted it to them. The next day I called several times, they finally answered and said they would come by and look again at the TV. It is now 10 days later and after numerous phone calls, they are not even answering my calls. Is this a person you would want to deal with?? I will file a small claims suit due to them not abiding by their 30 day warranty policy and totally ignoring all my phone calls. Do not use them, they do not stand by their work. And now $220.00 later, I still have never heard back from them. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.

Sorry this happened this way but you don t want to bring the tv to our shop. I can't stay in your house for 3 hours to make sure everything is working fine with your tv.

Two weeks and I still don't have my TV back! So far this looks likes like a big scam! Went to 901 E Sample Rd and no Tv repair place there .

Folks be aware that this business is a scam . Do not have these people come to your home and remove your TV , you will never see it again. Ariel and his assistant came to my home repaired one TV left with the other stating that it's too uncomfortable to to work in my 2800 square foot home. It's been a month , they answered the phone twice claiming that the part is coming from China , as if they know where China is, I have been calling tow or three times a week , They have not answered , As of today one of the numbers are disconnected. The address in Pompano Beach at 901 E Sample road is fictitious . (Ariel you are running out of rope, Ladron)

Ariel and his helper whom I think is his father do not know WTF they are doing and yes I agree they should not be in business and are running some sort of scam to steal from people.Someone should call the police on them but you can't seem to find them once they disappear with your property.The person that said they do not have a physical address is correct. Just google map 901 E, Sample Rd. Pompano Beach fl. 33064 and anyone can there is not a TV repair shop at that location.ARIEL LEPORE if that even is his real name is a thief and a con artist be afraid be very afraid!!Some day Ariel it will come back and bite you in the ass.
