Great job they actually showed up on time and Chris did well explaining the process and the crew was great Fredrick and Zach did an awesome job cleaning and removing the mold from my home. My entire ceiling was covered in mold.

I was scheduled for an appointment days in advance, but no one bothered to show up nor inform me they weren’t coming. I drove an hour to meet them at the house in vain. At 3:23 I called, the person stated he was going to check to see where his guys were at and call me back, but instead I reached the following text: “Good afternoon Valencia, this is Jimmy from Palm reaching out regarding the leak in your home. I’d like to schedule someone to come I it tomorrow. What time works best for you?” No acknowledgment of his guys not showing up until I thanked him for wasting my time and gas.
I contacted Drain to Drain Plumbing, they came the following day and fixed my issue on the spot.
