- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Work Of Art begins with establishing a pleasant working relationship based on trust and mutual respect. We demonstrate our commitment and sincere interest in you and your company's prosperity. The project begins with consultation, research and the development of an entire plan aimed at exceeding your goals and objectives. Often we over deliver and provide added value because what is most important to us is that your business succeeds. If that happens we have a loyal client for years to come. You will receive a detailed estimate outlining the entire plan of events for your marketing, advertising or website design projects. A discussion will take place with regard to how this plan will achieve the success you desire. We bill on a "cost per project" and adhere to all written budget agreements... there are never any surprises or added costs. We also accept monthly retainers for consultation and special priority projects. At every stage of a project there are verbal or written updates, digital proofs, and written transcripts when appropriate and at no extra cost. We do not set limits on these items. It is important to keep our clients informed and up to date on the progress of their work. We give our 100% best effort until you (and we) are satisfied that your project will achieve the utmost success. Our many years developing start up companies into multi million dollar corporations is a great asset to our clients as we provide business development advice and planning to help guide you in growing your company quickly. Our Policy: Clients of our web design, SEO and marketing company are given the freedom to request unlimited proofs, plans and transcripts before approving a project at no extra cost. We are confident in our abilities so much that we do not charge for changes and new designs before building your website, advertisement or brand. It is important to us that you feel good about what you are paying for and that we proceed with confidence. You may contact a variety of business references with whom we represent upon your request before contracting with A Work Of Art, Inc., a Florida web site design company and marketing agency. Our portfolio will be made available to you for your review prior to contracting with us. It is our policy to have a contractual agreement with our clients for each project or a deposit before we begin work. All balanced must be paid in full upon completion of each project unless alternate terms are specified in the contract. We strive to achieve the best results possible and have provided our clients with very effective results over the twenty five years we have been in business.
