Introduction: As a professional administrative assistant, I have the ability to work well with people and I have the ability to work independently. I have excellent organizational skills, I am proficient on computers and very familiar with technological & office equipment. I will ensure that the business runs effectively and efficiently. Other duties I perform include managing communications between the business, customers, and employees, such as by mail, phone, email, scheduling meetings, setting appointments, keeping careful filing records, and or developing a filing system, assisting with projects or research, travel arrangements , and bookkeeping. As an assistant with years of experience I do enjoy supporting colleagues. This has include; preparing PowerPoint presentations , Excel spread sheets, working on graphic illustrations, Publisher newsletters and flyers and photography. As a bookkeeper I have prepared financials through year end, payroll, payable s, and receivables.
