I must say I have never been more impressed with completely everything about our service experience with Casey! Takes a lot to impress my husband ( self employed since 1986 ) as well and we were just both amazed at this fellow and his overall performance. I was doing laundry this morning... dryer screaming :( searched of course for appliance repair nearest to me in Venetian Bay 9:15 am ) a few names came up . I read reviews as usual and picked the best most reliable one of course and filled out info thru Thumbtack! Casey called me at 9:17am actually already diagnosed what he thought was the problem , showed up 20 minutes later , repaired my dryer pully tensioner and showed us worn part . He replaced part and was on his way at 9:55 . Need I say more ? Great personality and he is most definitely my appliance repair person from now on :)
