- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call diagnostic fee is $65 which is applied to a flat rate quote once we diagnose the culprit of the repair needed. If the repair exceeds the estimated value of the appliance being diagnosed then we would advise you of your options and the fee would just be the $65 to come out and diagnose the appliance. We warn customers seeing "Free Service Call" companies as they are usually not transparent in their pricing structure. The "Free Service Call" guy usually does not disclose that there is a service call fee if the appliance is not repairable or if the repair quote is more then the value of the appliance being repaired. We strongly urge customers seeking repairs to vet any service provider by checking their online reviews on various platforms. Especially the one star reviews and how the owners responds to said reviews.
