David was prompt and professional! I will definitely use Sophisticated cooling again in the future. I have two AC units that were installed in 2020 and wanted a routine check-up prior to the beginning of a hot summer. I’m happy with how thorough the assessment was ....and I really appreciated that David took his time examining both units and explaining how the airflow worked upstairs (through the ducts). In addition, I work from home and my time is valuable so I was grateful that he was here when I expected him to be here. Great company! I will keep them on speed dial if I ever have a problem with my air conditioning units —they will be the first one that I call.

My tenant reported that the AC unit was not cooling properly. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. David came out assessed the issue and immediately contacted me with his assessment and resolution. The issue was resolved for the tenant within the same day at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend and will certainly continue to use Sophisticated Cooling for all maintenance in the future.

We requested a quote on Wednesday, and had our broken AC replaced that Saturday. David was very thorough when exploring our options, and came up with a solution for us that worked out to be much less expensive than the other companies we were looking at. We'll definitely request his service again if needed.

I had an estimate done this past October to improve the air flow to our master bedroom and bathroom. Recently we decided to bite the bullet and have it done before the summer hits. I cannot say enough about these guys. The stood by their original quote. When I contacted them to let them know we decided to go through with it, they were at my house in less then 48 hrs to go over the installation plan. This was on a Monday. The install happened on Wednesday. I could not be happier (or cooler) with their service. Thanks!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    If I have to go to a service call where the system is not working I will charge a flat fee of$55 for the full diagnosis, If the repair gets done with my company the service call fee is waived automatically, estimate for system replacements are always free.

    For working with new customers, I try to understand very clearly what their needs are and help them the best way possible as my interest is earn their trust and business.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have taken NATE certified classes to stay up to date with technology, I have worked for carrier as a customer assurance representative, and I'm constantly taken classes from my vendors to be more knowledgeable about products come out that can benefit the customers.
