We offer upfront, honest pricing with no surprises. Our goal is to fix the issue correctly — not push unnecessary replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a thorough evaluation of the system, then clearly explain the issue and provide straightforward options. I take the time to answer any questions so the customer can make an informed decision without pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of trade school education, i am EPA certified, and hold a Florida HVAC contractor license. I also bring over 20 years of hands-on field experience.
