We service residential, commercial & venue clean-up from Broward,Palm Beach,Stuart,FT. Pierce & Port St. Lucie County. Additional service areas are available based on job type and need by date. Our core hours listed are for commercial bookings from 6pm and on. We also specialize in residential cleaning services, however bookings are available on weekends only at this time. Please note that cleanings require 2-4 hours minimum booking. prices and rates will vary depending on service needs, square footage, and add-on services. Quotes are available upon request. For your convenience, bookings are accepted up to two weeks in advance. Some jobs may require a deposit upfront to secure specialize equipment if needed or offsite cleaning services are needed such as wash n fluff or drop off dry cleaning. We ask that cancellations be made in advance to avoid travel expenses. We encourage at least 2+ hours notice. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling if needed. We also service medical offices, parks, youth centers, schools, and churches. Simply Spotless Clean's (SSCS) team members all comply with industry PPE requirements for Covid-19 prevention. Our team members undergo regular testing for your safety and ours. in addition to having completed the Covid-19 awareness and prevention training.
