Incredibly knowledgeable and helped with putting together a gaming PC despite my lack of knowledge of experience. Very quick to respond and had no problem answering the many questions I had. In the case of my build, it was a 1 day turnover and the build quality is excellent. Highly recommend for 1st time PC builds or for anyone who just doesn’t want to do it themselves.

Interestingly enough, every 5-6 years, Apple updates their parts. So, when I found out that my 2011 MacBook Pro had a dead hard drive/cables, and Apple couldn't help me, I wasn't happy! My "Genius" did however refer me to a place nearby that could fix it, and I'm so thankful he did! Coastal Computers in Boca Raton is AWESOME! Adam Williams, the owner, couldn't be any nicer or more helpful. I'm no "techy," so made sure to show me what exactly was wrong with my computer, and then proceeded to kindly go about telling me my options to move forward -- not once trying to upsell me or make me feel uncomfortable. He was always matter of fact, and just wanted me, the customer, to leave happy. Did I also mention he ordered the parts over night and it took less than 24 hours for him to fix everything? Well, he did! ...and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Adam!

Adam was very thorough and explained what was wrong and how to correct it. He ordered the parts over night and we had our "Vintage" MacBook back fixed in less than two day.I would highly recommend Coastal Computers.

I broke my mac book pro screen.I brought it for repair and met the owners mom, Adam (the owner) was not in but his mom put him on the phone. A quote was giving to me over the phone and the repair was completed as promised.Adam also changed the hard drive on my 2010 mac book pro anddownloaded the new operating system.That made a huge difference with the speed of my computer.I feel as I have a new computer , it took it few minutes to start up and now within 15 sec the computer is ready for work. Adam also ran a virus scan and cleaned up all cookies etc. All at NO charge!!Bottom line, great guy, great mom and great service.I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Adam quickly and efficiently resolved issues on a MacBook Pro. His knowledge and attention to details are top notch. These are flat fees for what i charge for these services. Other services depending on what it is pricing will be determind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer drops off computer components and we offer a 1 day turn around and up to same day depending on the time of day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+ Certified(2009) as well as Apple ACSP 10.10 Certified(2015).
