The job was Data Recovery on a flash drive. Wendy was punctual and formal and a genuine individual. Unfortunately, not many of the files I was hoping were recovered (Only reason not a 5 star rating)... I do not know much on the process of it all so I'm not putting Wendy at fault, he put in extra time to do more work and get as much back as possible. Wendy was great and went above and beyond, unfortunately I didn't get the results I hoped for. I would recommend Wendy to others.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I do - the standard pricing for software related projects start at 40 and work its way up from there. Hardware start at 75 and as for data recovery the pricing varies per project.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am the System Administrator during the day for an Engineering firm Located in Palm Beach Gardens. I currently hold the CompTia A+ Certification and I am back in school to become a Forensics Expert.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with some Small Office Home Offices(SOHO), but the majority of my work is with the individual
