- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prime Electric provides peace of mind through transparent straight forward pricing. Customers will know exactly what the cost of the job is before any work is done. I have learned this eliminates any anxieties about the price aspect, and sets the expectation up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the information gathered on the initial phone call, Prime Electric will formally come and visit the residence to give a proper free estimate on site. Customer will have estimate before the technician leaves the property. The price for the project will be discussed in person with customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree, electrical journeyman’s license, and a masters electrical contracting license.
