Ran into a difficult issue with dual switches on a Saturday evening that left me without power on my main floor. Mr. Guzman responded immediately and said he would be out first thing Sunday a.m. Well he showed up directly on time, identified the issue, and corrected it. Finished work was spotless and attention was paid to detail. (Level, clean transition lines from plate to switches, sturdy, wiped everything down). Very Professional
