- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If our customer has already chosen their material selections they want installed in their remodel or renovation, we can quote the job based on those exact materials. If our customer knows that they are ready to hire a contractor for their project but has not made material selections, does not know what the cost would be, or, has a budget in mind, we offer an "allowances" contract where we set a budget for each scope of work in that project (example- kitchen allowance, bathroom allowance, flooring allowance), which allows the customer to shop for material selections that are within that budget.
