Mr. Richard was precise on what needed to be done. Mounted my 75 inch Tv and made it was well balanced and well mounted. All of my wires are hidden exactly the way I wanted it. Price very affordable reasonable.

Richard recently moved to the area and is wanting to build a customer base. I had a punch list of things to be done that involved plumbing ,electrical, carpentry and door repair. I found him to be very reasonable with his pricing and great at troubleshooting problems and fixing them. You can tell he takes pride in his work. If you are looking for someone who can fix just about anything give him a call. He is going to get busy quick !

Richard fixed the two gates as requested to a high quality and swapped out an electrical outlet. I assumed the outlet was a standard one but the photo I sent him showed a GFCI outlet that he picked up on and therefore was able to buy the correct item for the swap.

The customer should know that I provide a fair day's work for a fair day's pay.....I'm not looking to retire after completing your job Depending on the scale of the work , i can either charge an hourly rate or one flat price for the entire job , no matter how long it takes...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening.... This cant be overstated You need to listen to a client to get a good bead on what they want to accomplish and their style Then and only then can you make suggestions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of "on the job training" that continues to this day If you're not learning something you didn't know yesterday , then you're not paying attention
