FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you buy something, the price is how much money you need to give. Our prices are like a promise: we show you the number, and that's what you pay. No surprises! We make sure it's a fair price for what you're getting. And if you save your allowance, you might even get a special deal! Remember, the price is part of making sure everyone is happy with what they get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, I like to get to know them! First, I ask questions to learn what they need. Then, I show them things that might help them understand their situation. If they have questions, I answer them and make sure they're happy. It's like making a new friend. We talk, share, and help each other!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a special school to learn about heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, which is called HVAC for short. It's like learning how to keep houses warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I also learned a lot by working for six years fixing things and making sure everything in buildings works right. It's important to keep learning and getting better at what you do!
