I live in Syracuse New York and needed to find a reliable home inspector in the Port St. Lucie Area. I landed on the thumbtack site and found Joe. I read the reviews all excellent so I decided to call him. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He did a very thorough job and spent time with my parents to answer all of their questions and concerns. He then spent time with me on the phone reviewing areas of concern raised by my brother. He was very professional and assured me the items mentioned by my brother were minor and my realtor agreed. He took the time to explain all of his findings and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Joe to anyone who is in need of an excellent home inspector!
