- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have my prices setup so there are no hidden fees. On some jobs multiple trips are required. Even if it’s custom education. So there won’t be any hidden fees to take you out of your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process revolves around the client. Making sure I understand all needs and wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
