I was installing a 13 camera security system that consisted of indoor, outdoor attached to house, and road and dock cameras. The installation looked great and everything works exactly as I had envisioned (and I had high expectations). I canceled video conference calls for the two day job but I needn't have, I would describe them as ninja installers - upstairs, downstairs, inside, outside, crazy quiet. They also left no trace behind other than the completed work. I have already hired them for a second job. I was only allowed to pick 3 of 5 attributes above, but they were also punctual and responsive.

I am so pleased with the work Philip did in my moms house installing security cameras. What was supposed to be a simple job ended up being a problem and Philip would not give up until it was resolved. He is a very pleasant person and knows his stuff. I have my prices setup so there are no hidden fees. On some jobs multiple trips are required. Even if it’s custom education. So there won’t be any hidden fees to take you out of your budget.

My process revolves around the client. Making sure I understand all needs and wants.
