Extremely professional chauffeur service from initial communication, logistics coordination to payment. Pure class all the way. We used Wagner for an entire day of moving folks across NY/NJ for a complex South Asian wedding. Wagner was on point and showed up ahead of time with constant communication throughout the day to keep us posted via texts/calls/emails. Dressed to the nines in a blue suit, he fit right into the wedding party and provided seamless real-time adjustments to our schedule to move us around as necessary. Would book again without hesitation for any special occasions or just pickups/dropoffs.

I booked a car service with this company to JFK for a business trip. Wagner, my driver was there 15 minutes before time to pick me up. He was very courteous and personable. On the date of my return, my flight was delayed over an hour and I was concerned that I missed my appointment time. However when I turned on my phone and called him, he reassured me that I had no worries because he was still waiting for me at the terminal. I plan on using this company every time I travel and have already referred them to some of my colleagues and friends. A+ service!
