I hosted my daughter’s first birthday this previous weekend and i used Ambrose Cuisine cratering with Chef Jeanick. He was recommended to me as a gourmet chef even though we were having a tea party themed birthday for about 30 people with a more simplified menu. Chef Jeanick rose to the occasion and provided a simple yet delicious selection of foods for us and our little ones at the party! We had delicious sandwiches, teriyaki pineapple meatballs, Mac n cheese, and a shrimp salad, and he even provided strawberry shortcake and Boston crème parfaits for dessert that were to die for! Not only did everything taste perfect, and also looked beautiful! Chef Jeanick’s attention to detail in execution his customers vision is something that should not go unnoticed. Kudos to you Chef! I will definitely be a returning customer and continue to recommend Ambrose Cuisine for all my family and friends events!
