- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Signature Portrait Experience begins with an initial consultation to discuss the vision for your images and finalize the details for your Portrait Session. Following the initial consultation, each client will receive a Welcome Guide, Personalized Portrait Session, Professional Editing of Session Images, and a live Gallery Reveal Appointment. The KHP Portrait Experience is $350 and includes a $150 credit towards any Keepsake or Collection. After each Signature Portrait Experience, clients are guided in selecting how to best commemorate their experience with Kindred Hues' array of Portrait Keepsakes including prints, portrait boxes, canvases, framed prints, and Kindred Hues' Signature Portrait Book. Clients can choose any desired individual product or select from one of Kindred Hues' Collections, which start at $1,200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know what the client is hoping to gain from their session, so I like doing consultation calls or video conferences to discuss their vision for the shoot and how to best accomplish that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer. I started out as a hobbyist and have learned from the generous photography community as well as through professionals I admire. I am continuously learning and honing my own unique style of shooting and editing.
