- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m going to work to get you the best price around. If you have a quote that is less then ours but feel more comfortable with our service. I will try my best to work on our quote to get you project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would setup an appointment for a quote. Home Owner shows me what they envision Kitchen to look. Our job is to do exactly that. If you agree to our quote then we would send you a invoice. After the deposit is received we would Template. We will recommend a few places for Material selection. Most importantly is to take a look at all materials in person. If not able to drive. We can bring you samples to look at or drive you to store and select a material of your choice. After Material is selected and purchased. We would start Fabrication to Installation process which our turnaround is 7-10 business days.
