- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $65 for diagnostics. If the customer proceeds with the repair, the diagnostic fee is included in the final price. Complex units like double ovens, stacked washers/dryers, and commercial equipment may cost $130.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a convenient time for a visit, perform diagnostics on site, explain the issue clearly, and offer repair options. If parts are needed, we return as soon as they arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician has years of hands-on experience and holds EPA Section 608 Type I certification. We constantly study new models and attend training when possible.
