- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very competitive and different options exists to make payments. My fees are connected to the sqft of the house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure the Customer has my contact information. After the inspection is booked I call the client to discuss details and answer questions. A customer is welcome to walk the home with me and I will discuss my findings with the client at the end of the inspections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Home Inspector, certified to do Wind Mitigations and 4-Point inspections as well as a FAA Certified Drone pilot to do detailed Roof inspections and to provide aerial footage of the house as a bonus if needed.
