- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with various payment methods; for credit card payments there is an additional fee of 3.5%, while cash payments receive a 7% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I seek to understand the client’s needs, then we analyze together a budget that fits the client’s finances. I offer the option of providing both materials and labor to simplify the process and make the project more affordable for the client. From the moment we sign the contract and I begin working, I prioritize addressing all of the client’s concerns and ensuring a positive final result that leaves my client satisfied and happy with the work I delivered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my experience, I have several courses and specialization certificates, one of which is in toxic substance control under Section 402 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and certification to perform lead-based paint renovation, repair, and painting activities, in accordance with 40 CFR Part 745.89.
